Chairperson of the Board of Consumer Association “Academy of Cooperation,” Saint Petersburg. Former Co-founder and Member of the Board of “DIY Union” – Association of DIY Retailers. Former Member of the Board of Directors of “Yuzhnyi” retail network. Expert in the sphere of retail trade and establishment of purchasing associations.

Holding various executive positions, he organised the launch and development of a number if the biggest international retail operators on the Russian market (BP, Auchan, OBI, Castorama). Over the years, he held the following positions: director of the non-food division at the Purchasing Office of Auchan Russia, director of the Garden Centres Division at OBI Russia, director of the Purchasing Division at Castorama Rus. Founder of CITYMARKET retail network (in the form of a drogerie – was later united with Beauty Market and sold to Ulybka Radugi). General Director of network of garden centres “Belaya Dacha Garden Centres” in 2007-2009, Deputy General Director for strategy and development of the network of DIY hypermarkets STROYDEPO. In 2010 he founded and became the director of Retaility consulting company that became one of the leaders on the market in Russia.

In 2012 he founded “DIY Union”, federal purchasing cooperative, together with a number of owners and directors of the leading Russian DIY networks and became a member of its Board. Later he managed the DIY Union as its General Director. Holds MBA degrees from the Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands, and Professional Coach degree the from Erickson International Coaching University, Canada. Graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and the Moscow State Industrial University.
